Stopped by the evening of February 6 for the first time. Seemed like only two people working and they were too concerned with drive thru and mobile orders to bother with anyone standing at the counter waiting. I was never served so I walked out. I'm only leaving this review as they had a big sign on their counter asking for Google reviews!

the lady on the speaker is always super nice but once you get to the drive thru window it's always a man handing out the food. he's super rude and super rushed he doesn't allow you to see the debit screen, you don't even get your drinks set down before he starts repeatedly yelling at you "next car please" until you move. it's hit or miss as to if they're going to bother cutting their bagels, and more than 50% of the time the coffee order isn't made correctly. horrible service.

I stopped in for a pumpkin spice tea, but they didn't have any, so I asked for an apple spice tea, and they had none of that either. I was so disappointed, so I settled for a mint tea, which wasn't too bad. I often find that their teas are far too hot and the food a little disappointing.
The service wasn't too bad, but I still ended up having to wait 12 minutes in the drive-thru line waiting to place my order, I don't go there anymore unless I'm desperate.

Absolutely awful experience which made me late for work. Was in the drive through, was given my coffee, and the man at the window said "and you're waiting for ?" Like the rest of my order is what I'm waiting for.

Tried to get a grilled cheese sandwich only for the guy to tell me they don't carry them anymore. Very rushed service, it felt like I was pushed out of the way immediately afterwards. Very rude. Don't recommend this Tim's at all.

A new version of Tim’s but the same great coffee. I love the new modern seating arrangements and the hockey theme decor. If you are out in Dannyville, check it out!

Tried bacon everything pizza, with chipotle dip and a coke. It came to $14.78. It was ok but certainly not on par with a decent pizza shop both in quality and quantity - Tim’s pizza is smaller than a standard pizza slice. As a comparison Acropolis Pizza is $8 and includes a soft drink. Don’t waste your money on Tim’s Pizza.
