I also appreciate the variety on the menu, from sandwiches to seasonal treats. It’s a great go-to spot for comfort food and a reliable caffeine fix. Also, What keeps me coming back is the service. The staff are always cheerful and welcoming. It makes such a difference, especially on cold mornings. You can tell they care about their customers, and it creates a warm, community feel.

Fabulous! Bridie is the Manager & she goes above & beyond for her customers & especially her staff. When I’ve seen a new employee who’s In Training, I try to tell them that they have a great Manager. She’s a “momma bear” who will teach her staff well & show them how to be cordial to their customers. They smile; they recognize you; they often have memorized your usual order. We have been coming to this Tim Hortons in Galway since it opened. We live in Mount Pearl but bypass at least 3 other Tim Hortons stores on our way. We are Seniors & feel very like coming to family for coffee.
