Why are you closed on the two days everyone is downtown? Seems counter intuitive.

Worse Tim’s I have ever been to.
Druggies, someone was talking to himself, clearly looked like he was in a poor state.
The one drink I ordered took 10+ minutes, and they messed it up.
Clearly understaffed and unprofessional.

Love Tim Hortons coffee food WI-FI. My first stop when travelling in Canada recently, St John's Halifax and Corner Brook. Prefer them than the outlets in the UK.

Great coffee, delicious donut but this particular location was dirty: over- flowing trash cans, A dirty bucket of cleaning water left on the counter where you pick up your food.

This is probably one of the best tims locations. The only downside was the bathroom was closed but that doesn't happen every day.I always know ill get quality service and food when i come here.If this location has to close for any reason it will definitely be the worst thing to happen to downtown st. John's.This location is always clean, cozy and friendly despite being in the heart of dirty downtown. The staff are always smiling and ready to help, speedy but not sloppy and the stirring is key!Definitely keep it up. I have no problem giving this location my money and support.
Parking: Water street has paid parking except certain days its free. The ability to find a spot is questionable though but that doesn't effect the quality of this location in my opinion. This location is meant for people who are already downtown doing shopping or errands and want to stop in for a break and a warm coffee
Wheelchair accessibility: The location is on the ground floor of the scotia building. The doors dont have a lip or edge that may cause trouble. Its all flat and easily accessible. The location also has tables specifically designed for wheelchairs to fit under with a person sitting in it.
