I went into this store to order coffees. As I was stood up waiting for my coffees I noticed a gentleman getting ready to make some fruit quenchers. He dropped the 2 cups on the floor. He picked them up off the floor and used these cups to make the drinks and serve to the customer. This is absolutely disgusting. Those cups should have went into the garbage!!!! The customer service has definitely gone down!! If this continues I will start making my coffee at home. This was September 15, 2024 around 1:25pm.

We ordered a drink half hot chocolate and half french vanilla and ask for whipped toppings on top and oreo crumbs. But when we checked it, there is no whipped toppings. The time around 11AM, it wasn’t busy at all. First I know how to work in a fast food place but this place and people who work there which in the drive tru the lady around 30-40s age. She was so rude and not accommodating to customers see if you don’t want to work just quit. Customers always right. Good luck to you!

Drive thru is brutally slow with only one car ahead, it took over 10 minutes to get a coffee. Car in front ordered two pizzas and by the time the staff passed them out the line up was backed up. Tims stop offering pizza at drive thru. This same thing has happened over and over since the pizza started being offered. Gonna start getting coffee somewhere else.

Im addicted and I just cant get enouuugh!! (Haha. Just a little black eyed pees reference for the old folks out there)This is easily the best tim hortings in the city. Bar NONE.There are times where I will wake up at 5 in the morning shaking with excitement because I get to put on my stupid little shoes and get into my stupid little car and drive all the way to the stupid little airport for my large ice cofefe and sometimes even a donut if Ive been a good little boy! On the drive there im already WIDE AWAKE because just the THOUGHT of guzzling down that sweet delicious FRESH coffee drives me insane.When i get me cofefe i like to sit in the pakring lot and idle my car with everyone else so the fumes from our exhaust pipes travel up into the atmosphere and burn a beautiful heart shaped hole thin the ozone layer. Because WE <3 TIM HORTINGS!Hmm... heh. Come to think of it... i think ill will go get a cofefe right now...Until next time! Cheers!10 stars
