Horrible experience with the staff Went early morning to get an iced capp mocha and timbits Had an offer for this combo but the staff didn't scan my rewards card and I ended up paying double the money When i tried to explain the issue the person at the drive thru didn't seem to understand English at all and told me rudely to come back next time And in addition to all this my iced capp lacked flavor and was horribly bad Never coming back to this location and would urge people as well to beware

Service completely focus on drive through. I went to the store, waited at register for several minutes and was not acknowledged. Another customer came in and went to a different register and was served first. It then took about 5 more minutes before I was served .

I went into this store to order coffees. As I was stood up waiting for my coffees I noticed a gentleman getting ready to make some fruit quenchers. He dropped the 2 cups on the floor. He picked them up off the floor and used these cups to make the drinks and serve to the customer. This is absolutely disgusting. Those cups should have went into the garbage!!!! The customer service has definitely gone down!! If this continues I will start making my coffee at home. This was September 15, 2024 around 1:25pm.

Very rude staff with full of attitude. they don’t know how to treat customers. they just try to scam people and overcharge them. Never going back.
We ordered a drink half hot chocolate and half french vanilla and ask for whipped toppings on top and oreo crumbs. But when we checked it, there is no whipped toppings. The time around 11AM, it wasn’t busy at all. First I know how to work in a fast food place but this place and people who work there which in the drive tru the lady around 30-40s age. She was so rude and not accommodating to customers see if you don’t want to work just quit. Customers always right. Good luck to you!
