Most of the employees are really nice. However,there are some that needs more coaching on proper customer service.

Awful got my bagel and was a clump of cream cheese and when I handed it back to them to fix it they didn’t do anything just added more to say I’m upset is a understatement
10am, and no donuts in display for sale, 2 customers just left due to this.
I live nearby, and this Tim Hortons is the closest location to my home. That’s the only reason I’ve been coming here regularly.
Unfortunately, the service at this location has deteriorated dramatically in recent months.
The display case often looks messy, the pastries are poorly arranged, and the overall atmosphere feels unclean and neglected.
But more importantly — the coffee is often made incorrectly.
I’ve repeatedly asked for whipped cream and caramel syrup, and yet I consistently receive drinks without the requested additions — sometimes with the wrong syrup altogether.
The last straw was receiving the wrong order twice in a row — no whipped cream, and maple syrup instead of caramel.
If I’m paying for something, I expect it to be done right. This is not a luxury; it’s basic service.
If the Tim Hortons brand values its reputation, this location needs urgent attention.
I love the brand, but I am no longer willing to tolerate this kind of treatment.
It's 2025-05-10 at 10:45 am. I just left the shop (Tim's at Rowan's/Churchill Square) and after waiting in line, just told this guy to cancel my order. This guy who I believe is of East Asian descent had the worst service anyone can have. I was ordering and he was snapping at me. He just messed up my day! Worst service!
love all the workers there and one of the ladies made me the creamiest iced capp i’ve ever tasted in my entire life. so obsessed 10/10
The server at the cash refused service. I was at Tim hortons Rowan st at 6.30 pm today, March 1st. The girl at the cash refused service and called customer “shameless” . No reasoning was given to why the service was denied. On asking to call the manager, the girl said “I am the only one here, there is no manager”
Ok, I really want to give this place a higher ratings, basically the only thing I order here is Frozen Mango Lemonade. But recently they either changed their ways to make it or their syrup is super out of flavor, It doesn't taste good anymore and I am sorry, but that India guy need to actually learn how to make one because he just put the syrup on top of my drink and gave it to me... Like what the hell, at least if you think it is not enough syrup go back to the machine and actually mix it again!

i love this tims location , the staff are always friendly and always get my (sometimes complicated) order right !!
Small area with a few tables to sit down at .
