Worst service I had at any Tim Hortons in Canada. They gave me water instead of steeped tea.
The coffee was fresh and flavorful, and the staff were friendly and efficient. My order, a classic double-double and a maple dip donut, was prepared quickly and tasted amazing. The place was clean, and the atmosphere was cozy. I’ll definitely be back for more! Highly recommend for a quick, satisfying coffee and snack stop.
Awful experience no one can take an order or understand what I’m saying maybe less security guards better customer service in the future … this company isn’t the same .., quality of service has diminished prices have gone up and the wait times can be a lot to deal with when they service door dash first …..

Soo went to the tims hortons to refill my cup with medium coffee but Manager told me u need to bring the Tim Hortons cup that was absolutly nonsense cup is cup doesnt matter wht. will nevr visit this location again

Ropewalk lane ALWAYS gets my order wrong. They serve watered down tea. No taste at all. Sometimes you get a mixture of coffee and tea together.

My recent visit to the Tim Hortons on Ropewalk Lane was deeply disappointing, and frankly, concerning. While going through the drive-thru, the staff on the headset constantly interrupted my order, asking, "Is that all?"—not once, but four separate times. It felt rushed, chaotic, and made communicating my order a frustrating task.
When I finally reached the window, they handed me my food with such haste, it was clear their focus was solely on reducing drive-thru times rather than ensuring quality service. I had ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter, but they asked me to pull up to the green sign to wait while it finished toasting. After waiting for nearly 10 minutes, they brought out what can only be described as an absurd excuse for an order: a whole, uncut, untoasted plain bagel with no butter—just a wooden knife tossed in as if that would make up for it.
Beyond the poor service and botched order, the entire experience felt unsafe. This location has become overrun with skeets and panhandlers who regularly approach vehicles in the drive-thru. On more than one occasion, I've had individuals try to open my door while waiting. It’s gotten to the point where visiting this Tim Hortons is not only inconvenient but dangerous.
The combination of declining service, incorrect orders, and safety concerns has made it clear that Tim Hortons, especially this location, is no longer worth the hassle.

Poor service they took my money then ignored me for 15 minutes and forgot that I placed an order there. Their excuse was that they did a shift change. No one even apologized. Nobody working there was speaking English. The coffee was terrible and I will never go back there again.
Love this location. They are all friendly, and early breakfast is the best time to get the yummies... the order was spot on, missing one pastry, but they apologised and rectified it. The grilled cheese was divine... 10/10 ... nothing bests a good grilled cheese.

Staff were very busy, so perhaps it's an outlier, but they ignored customers in the store in favour of drive thru customers. Just didn't serve anyone for 10 mins.
Then they forgot to make my order after I paid for it. All in all, I waited about 30 mins for coffee.
Again, they were very busy! That said, there has to be a better system.
