This is my go to Tim's for St. John's. Generally I go through the Drive through and get my Ice Capp and something else. Sometimes I go inside and work on ongoing projects on my computer. Inside atmosphere is quite bland and uninspiring, but it doesn't overly bother me as I'm not there for a roaring fireplace and rocking chairs. Service inside is much slower than drive thru as they overly prioritize that. Understandable as that is majority of the business. Hit or miss with the staff. Some seemed checked out and others are happy to help. Despite this I've never once had a food or drink order wrong, even with multiple customizations. This is why I generally go back, at the end of the day if the order is right I'm happy.

This is the worst Tim Hortons in the metro region. They are the only Tim Hortons that can’t scan 2 people’s points for 2 separate orders in the drive thru, they’re rude, slow, and the coffee is always eh or bad. It’s never good. I’ve never once had a hot coffee or iced coffee here that I actually enjoyed drinking. As someone who gets Tim’s several times a day, I choose to go out of my way and drive the extra 10 minutes to go to any other Tim Hortons. This place needs to do better.

I just ordered a coffee, 3 sugar, 1 milk at the drive thru. I take a sip down the road and it tastes awful. Either burned or they couldn't be bothered to stir. Amazing.
