My go-to spot every morning. The staff are friendly and well experienced, however, there triple triple is inconsistent. I go for triple triple because of the mix of cream and sugar, however, I have faced a few times where there is not enough sugar. I'm just nitpicking but just wanted to make sure if anyone's aware.9 times out of 10 though it's 10 out of 10

this location is soooooooooo slowwwwwwwwwwwww, they redefine what slow service is, drive through? expect at least 15 mins, mobile order, forget about it, ordered a icecap and drove there to get it, wasn't ready, one employee on drive through, one making food, and one moping the floor, after waiting a few mins the one moping the floor came over and asked if we wanted anything, i told this employee i had a mobile order, she nodded at me and went back to mopping the floor, after giving her a completely dumbfounded look i had to again tell her i had a mobile order, so she casually goes and gets it ready, 10 mins to drive there and another 5-10 mins in the building waiting for a icecap, no other customers came into the building and they still couldn't get a icecap made, avoid the place

Outdoor Bound

Slow service inside and out. Too many unmotivated employees as well as too many new employees not properly supervised or monitored. Food was also prepared in a less than optimal way. Too rushed maybe???? I pity owners and managers in this day and age.

The lady handed an coffee with the lid just resting on the top(not actually put on properly) to us. It then burnt our driver and ruined his favourite expensive sweater. We then asked the lady why didn’t she put the lid on the coffee properly, she replied “thank you have a good day”… She clearly couldn’t speak English either.Be careful when ordering here.

Kenmount Road, Thorburn Road, Manuel’s, Kelligrews, Legion Road by the new Stadium, Tim’s in the Avalon Mall. The reason I’m listing these chains of Tim Hortons is because it’s own by the same owners, owners who don’t care about their customers as long as they get your money. I put a complaint in about the service ( ORDERS ALWAYS MADE WRONG COFFEE INSTEAD OF A ICE CAP OR TEA INSTEAD OF A ICE CAP) and how badly I was treated ( SAUCY,RUDE.)and the owners did nothing about it. The next time I went in the same staff that I complained about was serving people and looking over at me laughing.
