Hello, Subject: complaint There is one tall guy and wears opposite hat, working on sunday 3.30pm, 12th oct, 2025 He don't know how to talk to the customers??? He just ignoring the customer and speaking in his own language Thats really shameful to visit on this branch Your team own multiple stores with so nice employees but why this brown asian guy is shamefully deploying the value of franchise Respected owner, Its not just once, it happened with me multiple time with that same employee

The manager was not only attentive and friendly, but also went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Whether it was helping me customize my order or offering a warm smile, they truly made my day. It’s clear they care about both their team and their customers. this location used to be great however, since the past two months it’s gone down downhill.. i go here in the mornings before work on the weekend and there is always a man who is very creepy to myself and i’ve seen it with others, he has literally grabbed my hand and smacked it when taking my coffee from him, intentionally smacked my hand and told me to have a good day with a smirk. i’ve seen him do this to females ahead of me aswell. i do not appreciate that. this same staff member now opens my coffees in the mornings, the lid where your mouth goes has been opened FOR me for the past 3 days now. unsure of staffs name.
