this location used to be great however, since the past two months it’s gone down downhill.. i go here in the mornings before work on the weekend and there is always a man who is very creepy to myself and i’ve seen it with others, he has literally grabbed my hand and smacked it when taking my coffee from him, intentionally smacked my hand and told me to have a good day with a smirk. i’ve seen him do this to females ahead of me aswell. i do not appreciate that. this same staff member now opens my coffees in the mornings, the lid where your mouth goes has been opened FOR me for the past 3 days now. unsure of staffs name.

This Tim's location used to have excellent service. I only order coffee and twice this week it's been wrong. So disappointing that a basic order is incorrect. Ruins my morning for sure. They never write on the lid anymore to at least give you an opportunity to fix it.

The store isn't in a great place. The staff also only filled half the order and I had to come back and get the rest. Absolutely barren and no seating or tables to really speak of, yet there's an enormous amount of open space around it.

They always disappoint. Like most places its only subsidized foreign help. Obviously they hire very little local ppl. Sorry its not true that's there's no local workers available we know that's not true.They can't understand English to take an order. They charge incorrect prices and the food is the wrong stuff you order. Its horrible. I bet if I applied for a job I'd get turned away because I guess they just want unfriendly people who get everything wrong.

Staff was friendly, and the food was fine. They gave me a Olympic donut when I asked for a vanilla dip.
This location has always been good to me. Busy time frames means possibly a little more of a wait etc, but that's normal.Staff were good, place was fairly tidy at times I have gone.It's standard expectations.

Topsail Road location the one in the same parking lot as dollarama.First off let me say I usually have a good experience when I eat at Tim Hortons.Today I went through the drive- thru when I got up to the speaker a man not a gentleman who served me was very rude. I asked what kind of diet pop drinks they had and his reply was a very curt "what". I repeated myself and his reply was I don't know instead of saying one moment I'll ck. So I asked can you ck he said i dont know. So i asked you dont know if you sell diet drinks , his reply was "no". So I said then get me whatever diet drink you have. His reply was now get this "diet coke"? I just shook my head and replied yes. Obviously a communication problem ?.

Staff doesn’t know what they’re at. I ordered a toasted cheese bagel with bacon and butter and I was given a whole raw uncut bagel. Farmers wrap had no hash brown and was burnt. No selection of timbits and the coffee was burnt. Just awful. Like seriously?
