Went at 9:50 am on a Wednesday during opening hours (according to Google and latest Facebook post) but closed. Waste of people’s time.
Edit - Re: Regatta Day: Sorry, but that means nothing to so many people who aren’t from here. It’s good business practice and it would take a few moments of your time. I had checked the Facebook too so even a “closed tomorrow” post would go a long way.

One of the few amazing espresso coffee bars in St. John’s (also in all Newfoundland). It’s hard to find a cafe that makes good espresso and steams milk to perfection. Toslow has it! If you love true latte’s, Cappuccino’s, or other espresso drinks, this is the place to go!

The espresso coffee was very sour and I couldn't finish it byonde the first sip. The place was not very clean, and the service was rather slow.
They have a nice view, though, and a nice selection of vegan/ vegetarian food that I did not try.

I bought the banana muffins and gingerbread cookies — and I loved everything! 😍 The muffins were so soft and delicious, and the gingerbread cookies were incredibly tasty and aromatic. Alla, the Ukrainian pastry chef, you’re amazing!
