For me it's something to please while family. Kids meals, great meat burgers, great meat and veggies in chilli, and then the salad and baked potatoes for ppl who want something different.

Ordered a chicken sandwich with only lettuce in drive thru via the app. Checked after getting it and had mayo and tomato. Went back to get it corrected. Employee argued with us that we ordered it wrong. Which, fine I’ve had issues with the app not saving customizations before. When she came back, essentially threw the burger at me saying “here, only lettuce.” Got home and there was no lettuce on it. Frustrating experience.

I was excited to visit this location with the new ownership after not going recently. Upon arrival there was a lineup of about 10-12 people around 4:45 pm. I got to 3rd in line when a manager from out back mentioned he would only be serving two more people due to overwhelming orders from taxes. He told me and everyone else we had to leave.
Its a restaurant??? You finish your people at least inside the restaurant. You don't decline the customers already in the store. Especially after waiting 20 minutes in line. Will be forwarding this to corporate unless I hear from someone from this location.

The Wendy’s on Topsail Road is fantastic! The staff there is always super friendly and welcoming. The restaurant itself is clean and cozy, making it a great spot to grab a quick bite to eat. Definitely recommend checking it out!

This is an amazing Wendy’s, I come In here for lunch a lot and I can really tell the difference between the ownership. The store is brighter and the food is much better, the staff is also amazing as they are very fast and knowledgeable of their jobs.

This Wendy’s location is fantastic! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the service was quick and friendly, even during a busy lunchtime rush. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a great experience, and the restaurant was clean and inviting—highly recommended!
What an amazing experience we have had at this location! We first checked this place out when it reopened and had a wonderful experience. The staff are so pleasant, efficient and management is exceptional! We have since had multiple visits and each time it gets even better! Kudos to the new owners on really turning this place around! We will continue to visit and support Wendy’s Topsail Road!

Visited this place 5 months ago, the food was amazing, was very fresh and hot, the service was absolutely phenomenal you can’t get any better staff, they came to the table a bunch of times to see how me and my mom were doing, they asked if we needed anything else like salt pepper ketchup etc, the owners are absolutely fantastic and always there if you have a question. I would definitely visit this place every time I go to St.Johns
Parking: There is a bunch of parking in the front of building, side of the building and all around the building
Kid-friendliness: They absolutely love kids and welcome kids anytime
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s wheelchairs accessible and very easy for them to get into the building or even sit around the tables
