Ordered a burger meal and a 6-piece nugget. When I ordered, the employee even asked, “What kind of sauce do you want for the nuggets?” — I said sweet and sour or plum sauce.
I was told to pull up front and wait, which was fine. When they brought out my order, I checked the bag and noticed there were no nuggets. I asked about it, and the worker said I didn’t order nuggets — even though there was plum sauce sitting right there in the bag! When I pointed that out, she told me I’d have to go back through the drive-thru if I wanted them.
Honestly, that makes no sense. If you ask what sauce I want for nuggets, clearly nuggets were ordered. Just lazy and frustrating service.

Staff is awesome as always. Miss the old seats. I went in there for the Wednesday Adams frosty with spoon but they didn't have spoons there. So we just got a regular frosty lol

I went to pick up uberEats order at 9.56pm. The main entrance doors were closed, although it was not 10pm yet. They said that they kept it close because of a criminal lurking nearby. But I expected them to atleast check the customers who are still coming and let them in. Instead they made me go to the drive-thru, which was inconvenient for me.
Since being taken over by new ownership this Wendy's has completely turned it around! The staff are great and I've never had an order messed up.

For me it's something to please while family. Kids meals, great meat burgers, great meat and veggies in chilli, and then the salad and baked potatoes for ppl who want something different.
