Placed my order and asked for a burger with only ketchup. The cashier asked “would you like cheese with that” I replied with no thanks. Gets on the tch headed west and there’s cheese on the burger. Tried calling the store 8 times and no one picked up. Pretty bad you can’t understand what just ketchup means and add cheese when it’s not on the screen. This place has went downhill the last 2 years and I won’t be back anymore

It was such an awful experience I had, I went on 28 August near 6:30 pm, there were 2 more customers who were beside me, I picked up the order and the lady who gave me up the order abused me in my native language as I'm Indian and she did this only to me coz of my race, there was one indian girl named Harjeet who was giggling, but I'm sure she must be teaching such pathetic things in one's native language and it is so horrendous to go to such an restaurant where they don't respect you and even abuse you, I asked for the manager's number and they gave me the wrong number, of course to cover up. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone coz the staff treats people on the basis of their race, it is seriously so messed up that the staff practice racism. I would request the authorities to look into this ASAP.

Went through the drive through and when I got home realized part of my order was missing. Next time I went back I told them about it and they said there was nothing they could do and kinda acted like I was rude for even asking? Won't be back.
I had an order from Wendy’s on kenmoint rd last night aug1 it was one of the worst drive threw experiences I have ever had. Order taco salad and a burger combo had to wait for taco salad to be prepared it took 10 minutes to make salad but in the meantime my fries chilli and burger were already in the bag getting cold. I asked for hot food and the server just argued telling me it was not cold. Asked to speak to manager and I have to say she was extremely rude. I will never go to this Wendy’s again The owner should really take a hard look at her staff

I used to love Wendy’s especially this branch as they usually serve fresh and good food. I called this branch right away after I found out I had missing order of fries and chicken nuggets. The 3burgers I ordered were cold and old and taste horrible. The same as the 2fries. One of the worker I spoke told me that they can’t do anything about it as I ordered through skip the dishes. I said to her its not skip the dishes who made the food, but it’s your store. I said, I could bring the food to your store if you want. She said, even if you bring them back there’s nothing we can do as you order them through skip the dishes. That’s the terrible attitude!!! Didn’t even apologize for what they’ve done to my order even they knew they screwed up all the orders!!! I will never ever come back and will never ever order again in that store!!! I paid enough for the food but they gave is a thrash food!!! Terrible and horrible to the bone, that I felt I was scammed!!!!

The food was phenomenal, so much we visited twice in our 5 day stay. My daughter loved the grilled chicken wraps. The staff was unbelievably friendly and very efficient and patient, especially with our cranky daughter (the first visit).

Some updates to location on kenmount would be awesome. I felt like I stepped back into the early 90's when cleanliness wasn't top priority.
