Food is awesome but stupid expensive. Before my last visit, I never visited a Wendy's for years. I ordered a double burger and didn't think to ask the price. I paid $11 for a burger. No sides. Just a burger. First and last time

Poor customer service. We had 3 significant errors with our drive thru order resulting in at least a $10 loss on our part. I called shortly after and was given the run around. They wanted me to come back or send pictures. We got drive thru supper due to lack of time and for the convenience. We got the opposite. Completely disappointing experience.
