Wings taste really really bad, you can smell the raw chicken because its not marinated and cooked properly tastes really bad and seems really unhealthy. It was really greasy and looked like it was not properly cooked compared to the price they are chargin. You can get better wings with better taste frozen at stores. They also have a long wait time.

I always come back for the Wing Sampler Platter and love trying different flavors—my favorite so far is Mayday! The service, however, can be hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great, but if you arrive within the last hour before closing, it feels like they’re rushing you to finish and leave. Even though I always make sure to finish before closing, it’s uncomfortable being checked on constantly to see if I'm done. Overall, I enjoy the food, but the service could be more consistent.

Disappointing Experience with Disrespectful Service
I visited Wing’n It on Kenmount Road with my wife around 7:30 pm after checking their hours (open until 10 pm). Unfortunately, the service was shockingly rude from the moment we arrived. Upon entering, there were no signs indicating closed sections, yet the waitress loudly and rudely informed us that a section was closed. This was our first impression, and it only got worse.
We ordered a single wing plate and throughout our meal, the waitress repeatedly checked to see if we were done, which felt like she was rushing us. Right after our last bite, she immediately handed us the bill, making it clear they were eager for us to leave despite there being plenty of time before closing.
The lack of respect and professionalism from the staff was unacceptable, and it completely ruined what should have been a pleasant meal. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who values being treated with courtesy. A disappointing experience all around.

Would like for more than one sauce with 8 wings, but food is typically good.
They gave me sour cream that was curdled and when I brought it to their attention they told me that that was impossible. Besides that, the food was good.

It was very very dissapointing. The service was awful. Our waitress was rude and not attentive. We waited all night for refills and when we asked for anything it felt like we were inconveniencing her. Our food was cold, Not just surface cold but cold right through. Told the waitress and didn’t even get an apology but after some awkward silence she said she would heat it up for us in the microwave but when it came back it was just hot in some places and still cold in others. I didn’t eat it because it was just gross, and my husband picked at it out of hunger. The waitress never did come back to ask if it was ok. We never got asked if our meals were satisfactory and never got any form of apology. I’m sure she noticed when we did not want a box to take home our “leftovers” when we didn’t eat it. I will not be back at this location anytime soon.

We went during the dinner rush so it was busy and loud, and may have affected our visit.Unfortunately met with seemingly a very upset server who did not have the patience for questions, and she didn't even give us forks. Our food came, it was super cold and it was the wrong order. The waitress did not believe us when we said it wasn't the right one till we went over our entire order. It left us feeling like a burden, and safe to say we won't be back.

Ended up going somewhere else. Suppose to open at noon and waitress was sitting in a car next to us. She walked in back door at 12 and at 10 after, still weren't open. We had two elderly people with us and wanted to get out of vehicle. Apparently the staff that were working, just don't care.
