Food was not good. Waiter was not friendly. Overpriced drinks and food. We were very disappointed.

Hate to give this place such a low rating but they forgot my gravy and my wife’s burger had pickles after requesting no pickles.

Fish and chips were ok
Kids pizza was good
Burger and fries so so.

Servers were helpful

Wow! Best airport food!

Loved the chicken wings! Ordered dry with side of sweet chilli sauce or you can request tossed with sauce.

The Classic Sicilian pizza was very tasty!

Service was excellent!

Food was 5 star - 6 star for airport food!

House salad - fresh lettuce, homemade poppyseed dressing and candied pecans. Sometimes a simple salad is top notch and this was one of those times.

Cod bites - clearly homemade. Lots of fish, perfectly cooked. Light crispy batter.

Short rib poutine - as a poutine fiend my husband rated this 10/10. Lots of perfectly braised beef, perfect gravy consistency. Large portion.

Service was excellent.

Don't kmow how this place doesn't have a better rating. Maybe people are just cranky travelling 😅

Server was lovely, lots of gluten-free options, food was great, and prices extremely reasonable. I normally avoid eating in most airports but I would definitely eat here again.

YellowBelly Brewery at St. John’s International Airport (YYT) offers a convenient and inviting spot for travelers seeking a quality meal and craft beer before their flight. Located post-security on Level 2, this full-service restaurant opens daily at 3:30 a.m., catering to early morning departures .

This is a decent pit-stop while waiting for your flight. Granted there isn't much space or options for anything else in the airport. It is cool to see a local brewery as the mainstay restaurant in St. John's International.

The restaurant fills up fairly quickly closer to flight departures. Service can be slow at that point, but the food is very good. There are quite a few heavy dishes on the menu, so it left little choice, especially as a vegetarian for anything on the lighter side. It is nice that they offer shareable menu items like nachos and fried pickles.

The biggest drawback is the difficulty to hear airport announcements while in the restaurant. You can barely hear the PA system inside. This can be an inconvenience if there's a gate change, paging, or any other changes and delays in flights. Be mindful of your time and aware of where you need to go prior to entering.

Try a flight of beer if you are looking to have some good brews! The St. John's Stout and Irish Red are excellent.

Delayed a YYT first time dining at Yellow Belly . We were using meal vouchers from our airline. Ordered the short rib poutine ,that our server said was delicious. The shorty rib was ok. The fries were terribly over salted. I told the server who said she ask the manager . Apparently the manager did not believe that they would be over salted. So I kissed my$20 voucher goodbye and had to pay the extra! Not impressed. Should have went to Tim’s . Won’t be going back to the Yellow Belly ever. Extremely disappointed to say the least.

I would NOT recommend, terrible service. Came in for some lunch before a flight. There were only 5 other tables occupied. I waited for 15 mins after being seated, with no one asking if I wanted a drink or to take my food order. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told the manager wasn’t available. Go down to Tim Hortons, much better service!

I used to like their ribs but for some reason the sauce that goes with it taste different than before, it taste like store bought sauce that doesn't taste good, it used to be so good.

Never been there.

Been here a few times and it’s the best option compared to Tim hortons. Service can be slow even when you’re the only one there. Food is good though, your typical pudding fare. Nothing fantastic. It’s expensive here but it’s the airport everything is.

They always have mr. Bean going on the tv lol

Decent spot for airport food. Felt clean and airy. I liked the sweet potato fries, but they should give some chipotle mayo with them.
