We've been in St. John's for 10 days. All I can say is that it a good thing the airport location is at the departures level, and not arrivals. We never would have gone to the downtown restaurant.I think the chef at the downtown location needs to do some serious QC at the airport. It was literally like 2 different restaurants. We even ordered the same pizza at the airport location because we liked it downtown so much. I could barely finish my half of it. Completely different.Please don't base your opinion on this restaurant from your experience at the airport location. Downtown was one of the best dinners we had in NFLD.

Crap food reheated multiple times. Fries greasy and burnt. More than likely due to oil not being changed. Burgers dried out being left in a steam well 5 and 6 hours. Save your money...eat before you come to airport.. Or at least go to tims.. Foods more fresher

I thought that this place is pretty good for overall service and atmosphere. The restaurant is very spacious and comfortable, unlike some other airport places, this place offers lots of space and plenty of seats at the bar. Service was also pretty good today. It was my first time trying their beer and I had a sampler so tried 4 different types and my favourite was definitely the Come from Away with Wexford wheat close 2nd. The chowder was great, but I must say that the fish and chips were not as good. I did enjoy my time here.

Hours posted are 9:30pm on a Friday, yet they close at 6:30 apparently. Strange that a restaurant isn’t open during the evening on a Friday night…

The service here is shameful. I was seated at the bar, while they weren’t busy. Still took over 10 minutes to place my drink order because the lady on the bar was too busy chatting with her coworker. Food was mediocre.

When your getting charged $4.50 for a small fountain drink loaded with ice and $3 for a small watery gravy you lost me. Thats some serious over charging. Very disappointing to say the least. I will never return to this restaurant. Unbelievable price gouging. Service needs a complete review. So disappointing and embarrassing.

I was seated by the hostess and no one came for 20 minutes, then a man was seated at the counter beside me. He was immediately served and I was still not acknowledged, I left.
