Overpriced and tasteless breakfast. The place looks nice though.

Nice place BUT the americano coffee is awful and the classic breakfast is a scam. I’m truly insulted paying 28$ for a tasteless coffee and scrambled eggs with 3 pieces of precooked bacon. We stopped at the Trinity Cabins for a second try and it was great.

The house and the settings are great and people are nice. We went for coffee and breakfast we were not staying at the Inn. Coffee was generous and very good. Not 4.9 for the meal. Breakfast was basic for me. I had French toasts. They were ok, they tasted good but were on the dry side. Served with minimal fruits, two strawberries cut in half, three very smallpieces of grapes. Two slices of bacon. The sirup was not maple sirup.
My husband had a traditionnal breakfast good, but no house jam, Deceiving, for the ratings.

The Vintage Café in Trinity, Newfoundland, is a cozy little haven that feels like it was made for slow mornings and heartfelt conversations. Nestled on West Street, it offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere with hearty homemade fare—think house-made pea soup, generous wraps, and fresh-baked treats that taste like comfort. The service is friendly and unhurried, the kind that makes you feel like you’ve stumbled into a local favorite rather than just another stop on your travels.

Four of us had an evening meal at the Vintage Cafe. The Newfoundland Sampler Plate was excellent and big enough for sharing. The Vintage Salad was way above expectations for a small town in NL and went very well with the Sampler Plate. A gem of a restaurant in a gem of a small town.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Servings are large. Everything made from scratch. Clubhouse wrap was delicious. Homemade Pea soup was fantastic. Thick with lots of carrot and turnip and YES salt beef!! House salad had goat cheese, pear, cranberries and a great home made Dijon dressing. Service was excellent. Over all a great experience -
5 stars all around. Would definitely go there again next time we’re in the area.

This is the best cafe I have seen outside St. John's in all of Newfoundland. Finally a place that serves something other than 14 kinds of fried food. The deserts are made in house and are some of the best I've had. Lots of gluten free and vegetarian options as well. Come to Trinity just for this place :)
