Reservations are absolutely mandatory. Fortunately, we stopped by as walk-ins, and the staff was kind enough to accommodate us, which we really appreciated.

Stumbled upon Twine Loft Dining on a lazy Sunday morning and honestly it's become my new favorite weekend spot in Trinity. The eggs benedict came out perfectly poached with this rich hollandaise that made me want to order a second round. The staff were genuinely warm and checked in without hovering, which is a rare thing to find. If you're exploring the city and want a solid brunch with a relaxed, airy atmosphere, this place earns a permanent spot on your rotation.
Second time here. Not nearly as good as our first visit. They forgot to put dressing on the salad, ans with the way the service works you have no way to flag the server down to get it fixed. Guessing a new chef, who was not as talented as the one in 2022. Food was well cooked and tasty. SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL.
Recommend, but don't have large city expectations for food or presentation.
