Best food in Twillingate by a long shot. Food is homemade and quality. Throughout our trip, we've been struggling to find real food that's not deep fried. Definitely recommend coming here for multiple meals.
Service is also excellent unlike most of the local restaurants where they act as if you are an inconvenience.

Stopped in for an early supper. Their special of the day was a lobster dinner as a fresh catch of lobster had just arrived. My wife ordered the special. We first had a delicious bowl of red pepper soup along with fresh brioche buns. Then came the lobster, partially broken apart. Then a small piece of cheese cake. We were a little disappointed with the size of the dessert but still delicious.
Recommend you make a reservation as it can get very busy. You can also call ahead yo see what the specials are. We heard other patrons rave about the lobster roll they ordered.

Never got to taste the food. We were “judged” at the door and told to look at the menu to see if there was anything we would be interested in. “There is nothing deep fried” is the snarl we received. I am not sure why that had to be said to us. All this from a waitress half way across the room. We were actually looking to have a nice (and probably not cheap) meal for our first night in Twillingate. We promptly left give the attitude we received and will never spend a dime in the place. A terrible first impression.

I left extremely hungry. Portions are extremely small and overpriced.

The food was amazing! We had the lobster bisque and it was just so delicious! The place was crowded and full and I know why that is now! The service was so efficient and quick too.

So longshore man short was on a family vacation looked up this place beforehand and wasn't expecting the family to choose this place based on the limited menu however I was wrong what they do they do well, occasionally they will do special meals off the menu. Anyway if you wanted a true east coast kitchen experience then this is the place where you want to go or make a reservation to during the high tourist season. The owner and staff wanted the experience to be the best experience you could have . The home made bread and croissants were something to write home about. This is literally like sitting at the dinner table and home cooked meals prepared in the dinning room.
5 stars all the way around.

Went tonight and wasn’t impressed with the service, we had two choices for dinner, the food was ok but way overpriced and came out so fast it seemed odd, there was a hair in my sons dinner and the price I paid for 3 meals wasn’t worth it. The red pepper soup wasn’t bad and the server was sweet but the overall vibe was off.

CHEF’S KISS! Hands down fantastic food. Lobster roll was excellent and the special seafood chowder was the best I’ve ever had. Be sure to make a reservation so you don’t miss out on the best restaurant in town. Truly wonderful experience!

The restaurant is possiblely nice, we possibly came at the wrong season, but right now they don't have as many food types as it shows in those pictures, no real/whole lobster, no mussels, no fish. There are only two things in the main court, the only visually seafood is the lobster in the croissant salad. The lobster is not visible in the lobster bisque, so I couldn't taste the seafood texture. Don't get me wrong, the soup may still taste nice, for some people that's what they like, but for sure, it is not my way of trying seafood.
Went for lunch, service is amazing
