“Love going to the captains pub at the anchor inn in Twillingate. Been there at least 20 times to see Mike Sixonate play. If you’re looking for a great relaxing night and to see someone play great NL music Mike is the guy to see.”

“Dinner was amazing!! I had two pieces of fish with chips. My wife had the lobster roll with stuffing. The quality was great! The strawberry-rhubarb pie was very tasty!! My wife enjoyed her glass of wine. We met some lovely local residents and some tourists from Utah. I highly recommend the restaurant.”

“Absolute life saver on a Monday night on a long weekend. It literally was the only place I could get us food after the airline cancelled our flight and we got the last plane into Gander on a milk run, before driving up to Twillingate.”

“Love the new Summer Salad!!! I recommend it, along with the Fish cakes cooked with pork scrunchions. No other fish cakes like it on the Newfoundland Island. Te BEST that I have ever had. I have had almost every time on the menu over the years , I have never been disappointed. Love this restaurant, and all of the staff.”
