My husband and I are both from (different) islands with strong fishing backgrounds. This was, by far, the best fish and chips we've had in years. Service was great, the ambiance was typical of a small village chippy, which we both loved immediately after walking in. Seemed to be the spot the locals go as well, which was exactly what we wanted.
We stopped on canada day for a light meal. All 3 of us had the cod burger with dill. Best cod burger we ever had...delicious.Thanks would love to have this restaurant in my home town.

No word of a lie, this was probably the best fish n' chips I've had and definitely some of the best fries. This place isn't fancy but it's like 100 feet from the ocean in Twillingate, meaning you know you're getting fresh fish. When we were here, it was also packed with locals, which is always a good sign. Don't skip this if you're in town!
