“We absolutely love this Chilis. The food is amazing and so is the service. We’ve been here quite a few times and the service is always wonderful each time. This past weekend the staff did go above and beyond. We had ordered fajitas. It was a crazy busy Saturday and the waitress gave us our food. We’re usually pretty demanding on what we want for our fajitas and she pretty much got everything we ordered. Towards the end of the meal, however, we realized that we never got the sour cream, pico de gallo, and cheese. We were done eating by then and then let the waitress know. She was kind about it and apologized. She let us know that with the crazy rush, it seemed that something had been forgotten. She went to get her manager, who talked to us kindly and got us a gift card to compensate. It was a very kind gesture and truly went above and beyond. When you’re dining here, just know that these people will take good care of you!“
“For the past two days I’ve deceived to eat at Chili’s for two reasons. First the chicken crispers. Second is the best waiter I’ve ever had Corbin . He single handily served 19 boys perfectly . He should be have a raise. With his work ethic he will soon own all the Chili’s in New Mexico. He is truly amazing, thank you Corbin“
“The service here is absolutely amazing the server here Austin is amazing he takes care of us every time we go out of our way just to come to this Chili’s and make sure we get him as a server we don’t know if if management takes care of him but we sure hope so“
“Absolutely love to go here for dinner (only) when Tanya Smith is there to be our waitress.
She is always very polite and kind as well as attentive. I always call ahead of time and ask specifically for Tanya to ensure a perfect outing. If not for her, I would never go here. Always ask to sit in Tanya Smith’s section!“
“Aaliyah was the sweetest! Food was okay, it’s Chili’s. Seems like it was a busy Saturday night, there were few tables around us that just were not having it. Table right next to us literally YELLED in our server’s face and she maintained composure and kindness with us seconds after getting literally cussed out. Kitchen was having a rough time, food did come out kinda slow, hate to see it happen but it happens. Aaliyah was so communicative and sweet to us! Never know what someone is going through, be kind to your servers.“
“Had an amazing experience at Chili’s thanks to Lily. She was so attentive. We ordered the fajitas and the guacamole burger, and both were absolutely delicious. Lily kept checking in on us at the right times and made the whole experience feel welcoming. Great food paired with great service made this one of our favorite visits“
“Not sure what happened, but a desperation hail Mary on a hungry night about 4 months ago turned us into Chili's fans. Big time.
The menu changes are really good. Quality was better than anticipated. And then you have the service. Dear God. These folks seriously could write the industry standards on how to treat customers. And I can probably say that because Anthony is somehow always our server. That's the closest ill ever come to winning the lottery; always getting Anthony as my server at Chili's and leaving full and in a good mood.
