“Good evening, this place caught my eye with the Orange Julius, and an Chocolate Dipped cone..mmmm.. plus the service was great and the whole crew here was awesome and answered our questions with kindness and very considerate with being patient with us while we pondering our decisions. A very clean and well kept store also.“

“Food was great BUT the service was horrible. They kid on the mic in the drive thru was so impatient and rushed us while ordering. Became really frustrated when we asked questions. The ypu pull up and there us a sign to not be rude or hostile. That employee should take note of that.“
“This place is a dichotomy, great service, fair food but my God, it's in a place that is a rough part of Town.
So much so that they only have drive thru service, the lobby is locked up.
We go there for a treat one in a while and the service is great!
Just don't get out of the car.“
“This location is like most Dairy Queen’s that have limited parking space. We came for the free cones, we added cherry dip to our cones. Service was quick, but I just be wary of how food is handled. I am very observant unintentionally, it’s just how I am. Overall experience was our first time here we give 4 star cause it did take awhile to get out of the full parking lot. And no gloves /hair net being warn by everyone behind the counter. That’s just basic food handling requirements.“

“Go early if you can for a better experience. They are afraid at night and you have to use the drive thru. The delicious treats are good, over priced but still good. All the greedy pigs will wait for hours at that dysfunctional drive thru with slow motion service“
“Just left the VA hospital, needed a quick bite before driving 1hr home. Dairy Queen can be a great stop when needed.
L. Lopez was great with my order. Saw I was limping after walking to table to wait on my order. Next thing I know he walked up to my table bringing me my order. They normally don’t do that, because they are busy behind the counter. That is the sign of great customer service. He had no idea what a hard day I had or how great this made my day.
Building was clean, food was hot, bathrooms clean.
My Chocolate dip cone was great as always.“
“South Valley Ice Cream spot. Been coming here for ice cream in the summer since I was a child. Local family owned & ran for generations. Very respectful & friendly to customers. Fast service: drive through or park & walk up to order windows. Deserts only. No fast food.“
