Jack in the Box in Albuquerque

“Okay, so I've been hitting this JiB for the last year or so on the somewhat reg. This last visit really inspired me to write this review. I came in and ordered through the app to dine inside. Staff was friendly as always. But what struck me this time is that while I was sitting and eating, the staff was laughing and making the most of their shift. It was busy as hell and they were slinging their orders like nobody's business... all while being super warm and kind. It was just super refreshing to see a team trying to get through the busy part of a Friday night, while laughing and joking with one another but not forgetting that the customers mattered. I have to admit that out of the last 10 orders that I have put through this location, both drive-thru and inside dining, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM have been accurate and handed to me by someone with a genuine smile. If I get 10% of my moderately-customized orders from other fast food joints in the area correct, that's being generous. However, these guys are always on point and are always super friendly both inside and in the drive-thru. I don't know who manages this location, but they are doing a bang-up job. I even saw a homeless person being kindly escorted through the dining room without any issue. Extreme professionalism and kindness with their staff. I told them how much I appreciated them as I was walking out and I am now putting that sentiment into this review. You guys are doing an amazing job and I will be coming back to this location forevermore. Cheers JiB!“

“Went here on 06/06/26 for dinner. There are no Jack in the box 's where I live so I haven't eaten at one for years. The experience was excellent. The food was great. The young men working there were very professional and helpful. Very cheerful. They made the experience better, which is difficult at any fast food restaurant.“

“Generally, whenever I visit, the food experience is quite pleasant. However, there are very few options available for vegetarians. They have removed the garden salad from the menu. I particularly enjoy the salad, and I also have a fondness for the onion rings. The mozzarella sticks are also quite excellent, and I am able to enjoy those.“

“I was pleasantly surprised with this Jack in the Box. First, it was spotless, and while we were there we observed people cleaning. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Bathrooms were also spotless. Well done everyone.“

“I am a frequent lunch diner here and have provided positive reviews. Over the past six months as the experience has diminished and one gained the opinion that the franchise location was going out of business, I held my breath and withheld negative reviews.

I am updating now because on my last visit I saw that the long-defunct drink dispenser has been replaced, that condiments are back on the self-service table and that a new gentleman took my order.

I am hoping / supposing that new management is involved so we will now be back to the good food and service of the past. I still plant for a couple of lunches per week.“
