Pizza Hut in Albuquerque

“App orders are super easy. They offer car drop off but I ended up going in to get it. The lobby is spacious and far from the cooks. If you pre pay you have minimal contact or exposure to people and can get in and out in less than 2 minutes. I am comfortable running in to grab my pizza.The only bad thing is that the business next door is a tattoo parlor. Every time I have picked up pizza the tattoo employees stand near pizza hut door smoking. I don't think this is controllable by pizza hut, but it is still annoying. I have family with asthma, so they cannot pick up the pizza.“

“This is my favorite restaurant ever. . I'm not gonna say that this is for everyone though. My friends and family really like the taste of it but I think it's because they're fans of deep dish in general. If you're looking for pizza, definitely consider ordering from here.“

“I accidentally ordered here thinking it was another one. I won't lie, I was anxious about ordering my favorite pizza b/c it's usually wrong and I won't order again for months. “The food was fresh, service was efficient and without any hi how are ya's. Walking in the first thing I noticed was that it was hotter inside than it was outside. the customer service or lack there of was the second. Would recommend simply because the food was worth the stifling atmosphere.“

“Mannn robert is the goattt im not sure if hes the manager or what but his customer service is top TIER. I guess something broke down & he couldnt cook the wings for me but he called me and said he could compensate it for another time or give me a brownie in replacement and to me thats A1 service lol. Ive never had a restaurant call me when something was wrong they just wait til i find the issue myself and complain to corporate but he handled it right away!! Hes super kind when speaking to as well great guy!! He makes me want to come back each time. Great work man.“

“Excellent option for quick pizza or breadstick fix. They only cell personal pan pizzas - no thin crust. They also only cell three varieties: chese, pepperoni or combo. The breadstickd are always very fresh and they come with a side of red sauce. Sauce us small so I always ask for two sauces per order. This is a pizza hut taco bell combo - so you can order from both menus on the same ticket even through the drive through.

“Today, in the midst of the coronavirus crisis, I ordered pizzas for my awesome staff who are handing out lunches to kids. The Pizza Hut staff manager went WAY above-and-beyond in making sure they got fed, despite not having the right pizza supplies and us throwing some extra chaos into the mix. I’m incredibly grateful for their flexibility and generosity, and for helping me show appreciation to folks on the front line. Thank you!!!“

“We shifted away from Pizza Hut for years, but recently we decided to give them a second chance. We were surprised and pleased to discover the service was excellent, the deep dish pizza was perfectly baked - no doughy, damp center - and the toppings were in excellent proportions.“

“Pizza always on point. Im not sure the name of the driver who usually delivers to my address but he is very professional and on time.
Most the time everything is great however when I have has a issue because nobody is perfect it is always resolved in a fair and professional manner.
So with that being said I am happy to leave this store a good review.

“We did pick up and the staff we friendly and accommodating. The boneless wings were amazing, the pizza not so great, but maybe it would have been better fresh out of the oven. We did thin crust and hand tossed. It was quite dry after our 10 minute drive home. Other establishments don't have this issue.“

The pizza was prepared exactly according to our specifications, with toppings precisely on the left and right sides as we specified in the app. It was incredibly tasty, fresh, and delivered very quickly. “Pizza was different but good! The pizza was huge! Delivery was awesome and super fast delivery; faster than Door Dash! I always order directly from Pizza Hut. Delivery guy was great and did NOT place the food on the ground, unlike other delivery drivers. He followed my instructions and placed my food on the table provided. He was professional and courteous! Thanks Pizza Hut!“
