Our pizza took an hour to be delivered and arrived cold. Which I'm sure the store was busy. The pizza was not put together in the box it was spread through out in different sections. Half of our cheese sticks had no cheese. I'm sure it wasn't the drivers fault, however the quality of the food for an hour wait wasn't up to par. Still was delicious after we warmed it up though!
Go here - it doesn't take long to pick up vs waiting for hour/s to get from elsewhere. I think they have delivery now but we still pick up ready w in 15 min. Food is good (we live close by). Yet to have a problem w food etc.

This is the first time I have had a bad experience with ordering Pizza from Pizza Hut. Our bread sticks didn't have the seasoning put on them and they were greesey, the toppings on the pizzas was falling off, the entire order looked as if it had quickly been thrown together and shoved in a box. Don't know about the pasta after I opened the box and saw how everything was I was kind of disgusted.
