“We were visiting last weekend and decided to try Leal’s for dinner. What a great place to eat! We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Our order arrived quickly, the food was amazing and served piping hot. Our waitress (DeMaris?) was friendly and attentive. Lots of local families there, which is always a good sign, and kids of all ages. We will definitely be back!“

“Most delicious chili verde of our lifetime. Chile rellenos were made with a thick egg batter and deep fried crunch, served over brisket with a jalapeño ranch sauce!!! Chicharrones with salsa and guacamole offered low carbohydrate munchables as we waited for main courses!!!

“Wow this food was awesome. I had the montado with asada meat. I've never had Mexican food like this. So tasty. Something in the seasoning I guess. Wish we had a place like this back home in FL. My son had tacos with barbacoa and he says the same thing. Google ratings really came through. I never would have stopped in this assuming local restaurant otherwise.“

“Love Don Maria’s! Everyone is always so nice. It’s a sit yourself place & someone will come bring you a menu. I like their chips & salsa & their juevos rancheros. If you go through their drive thru, the burritos are my favorite to get! I’ve had sausage & chorizo, & both are delicious!!!“

“I would like to start with saying the food is great, with the exception of the refried beans. Our family would dine here again. Now I can't give 5 stars due to the fact that the hochata isn't home made aqua fesca, our server was great other than being a bit forgetful with drinks.“

“Well I’m here visiting Clovis and in my Google search “catfish near me” Foxy drive in came up. So drive there to pick up my “catfish “. It was tilapia allllllday. So I called back and they lied and stated it was catfish, this is how the food industry continues to lie and price gouge . Y not sell it as tilapia, cuz you would have to decrease the price this happens all over, this is America. But this industry still worried about tips .“
