Restaurantji unveils Portales' must-visit Mexican dining spots.
“by far the best experience ive ever had with fast food, and by far the best tasting taco bell ive ever had. When a mistake was made on my order and I came back, somebody helped me almost instantly. They didnt make me feel like I was annoying or bothering them. He got it fixed quickly and was extremely friendly. I really personally hope the people on shift november 18th 2021 get raises because they deserve it.“
“I took off a star because the amount of grease the gorditas had, it made it soggy & fall apart. It was still good. The ground beef could use some more seasonings like some chile powder, ground comino, garlic, and onion powder though. Then they'd absolutely perfect. Idk the name of the girl at the window, but she was nice. Even when i drove past the actual order window and went to the next one lol.“
“Nice little place, but the New Mexican food was too bland for me, more Tex-Mex than New Mexican. But it's really a neat little place, with murals of gardens and garden gates all over the walls-worth the trip just to see them. I really wish I had thought to take a pictureà“
“Great local, family owned restaurant! You want great Mexican food, you found the place. The chips and salsa is always the bomb and they have a full menu with anything you want. Don't forget to finish your meal with a sopapilla filled with honey.“
“Carne asada, carnitas, chorizo and Barria tacos and one red tamale. All very good, with the chorizo taco being my favorite. Very nice ladies waited on me and there is a small eat-in area with several tables. I will definitely eat here again.“
