Look when there are people in the dining room that ordered to go and you decide to go ahead and service all the drive-thru orders that come after the order to go from in the dining room. That's terrible customer service. I know because I went outside to smoke a cigarette and four people pulled up after we'd already ordered and they fulfilled their drive-thru orders before they even got to ours. If you drive through times are so important then maybe you should hire an extra person...read full review

this taco bell always gets my weird vegan orders right :) as someone who’s used to shit happening with my orders it makes this taco bell one of my favorite places to eat!
