“This KFC was my favorite KFC in Gallup until tonight. I did a drive through and the girl at the window was very rude. First to begin we placed three orders one was upside. She gave us the drink. We explained and she offered no apologies. Then we stopped to check our order as the door was already closed and there were no one behind us. She looked out the window and told us, "I am on a timeline." I believe that that was rude, so I made a call to the restaurant and the person who answered the phone said, "THAT IS WHAT WE DO." To me they are saying we take your money, get the hell out of here, I am done with you.“

Whoever the young man is who was working on 06/14/2023 around 6pm, he deserves a promotion. That dude is a customer service EXPERT. The chicken was good, sauces were good, biscuit was GREAT. I don't know why people are reviewing this place so low, it's a chicken joint in a gas station. As long as you don't get food poisoning, it should be at least 3 stars.

Anyways, give that guy a raise or something.“

“Well I’d have to say I was dissatisfied with the chicken this past time when I ordered.. chicken was dry and look like it was cooked the day before .. called the company the same day .. said they always discard chicken after a certain time but I guess I received the day old discarded chicken.. very unsatisfying customer here“
