“Order food from the drive-thru. They were friendly and nice, I asked about mac and cheese for family meal, and they said it'll cost extra for it. I said ok that's fine, but when I got home, they gave me mashed potatoes instead ? *FYI check your orders before you leave.* I got charged extra for nothing...sucks because I stay out of town about 30 minutes. Was really looking forward to that Mac and cheese ?“

“This KFC was my favorite KFC in Gallup until tonight. I did a drive through and the girl at the window was very rude. First to begin we placed three orders one was upside. She gave us the drink. We explained and she offered no apologies. Then we stopped to check our order as the door was already closed and there were no one behind us. She looked out the window and told us, "I am on a timeline." I believe that that was rude, so I made a call to the restaurant and the person who answered the phone said, "THAT IS WHAT WE DO." To me they are saying we take your money, get the hell out of here, I am done with you.“

“The only reason I didn't give a 5 is this was a pickup and go but it was the totally opposite reaction at the other pizza hut in town. Might be a local inside joke to send out of towners to the 715 location instead of the 1510. Everything at this location is good“
