“Small town restaurant with MEGA HUGE flavors. It's specializes in Mexican, Salvadorian and American cuisine. Everything from tacos to pupusas to burgers and in between. You walk in get that very homey feel. You sit down they greet you with menus and ask you what you want to drink. I ordered the Menudo a Mexican staple. If you ever go to a down home Mexican restaurant like this and they have Menudo you must try it. Cause it's a great judge of how the restaurant fairs (at least in my opinion). It came out in a nice big bowl with a side of chopped onions and lemon with a basket of crackers. The broth was a earthy tone in color which is exactly what you want to see. It had big pieces of tripe in it and a great amount of hominy as well. One bite and it was exploding with flavor. No to spicy but just the right amount of heat that you would expect. The tripe cooked beautifully and the hominy delicious as well. My father got the pupusas plate and he tore it up as well. We both very much enjoyed ourselves and I'd ask my father to take me back next time I go for a home visit.“
