I recently had the pleasure of discovering a wonderful place that serves such an authentic traditional Menudo. It was truly refreshing to enjoy a bowl that was prepared with low salt without sacrificing any of the rich, classic flavors. Amazing Salvadoran pupusas!
Birria Tacos are tha bomdiggidy, and the small caldo that goes with it reigns supreme on my list of soups in the 100-mile radius. I have several times felt specifically rationed, but the food begs me back.
