Great bite while staying at the ranch.
As a registered Ghost Ranch conference guest the excellent meals were served in the dining room. Lots of choices for specialized diets. I love Mexican food which was plentiful. It'd been 30 years since I was last here. It was the best ever! My compliments to the whole team!
Deserts are great. Cafeteria line features mostly southwest food. Nice string coffee.
