I am so sad that I won't be ordering my favorite burrito s anymore our office had a tradition of ordering every Friday for years n here as of late they can t get a simple order right n today was the last straw ..it started out they forgot an entire burrito the ones I ordered had no meat their where 2 that were completely wrong so 1 out 5 burritos was correct ...just unreal ! Hate to go but no choice ?
Ever since they rebuilt it, it has not been great. Management is horrid, and the attention to detail and verbal instructions is laughable. They frequently get it wrong, the buns are frequently stale/hard. The lettuce tastes weird...like...OLD. At one point their business model was they made everything to order. Such is no longer the case, unfortunately.
Blake's Lotaburger is a great place for old-fashioned burgers. All the food is very good, chicken tenders are great and all the sauces taste great and homemade. Blake's Lotaburger is very great and homemade.
