Carl’s Jr. had some issues with the drive-through order station and the charbroiler being broken. However, the staff, including the new GM Mr. Fielder, has made significant improvements. The friendly and professional crew provides excellent service. The food was fast, hot, and very good. The clean dining room and restroom were spotless. It seems like the restaurant has turned around for the better with the new management in place.
