So their drive thru speaker breaks and they don't even bother to fix it, order at window then get parked for ages, might as well not even have a drive thru. They just lost $80 of immediate business and who knows how much future business.

I have not been to this Carl's jr in a year due to bad service I received but I have been hearing around town that the new GM has made a major turn around so I had to see for my self . I walked in and the smell and cleanliness of the place was 1000 times better then when I last was in the store I was greeted and welcomed for coming in by the GM Mr .Fielder he was great I see what everyone is talking about about now I will go there always as long as I get service the way he gave me my husband and our children thanks again Mr Fielder you are doing great as we can see .Great job
Ordered late because I work over nights and it's one of the few fast food restaurants open 24hrs. Placed order online said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I get there 2 minutes past the time it says to pickup in drive through sign on order speaker says pull forward. I sit in drive through for 15 minutes before I knock on window, it looks like no one is there at all no movement no people inside no cars in parking lot. I call the store 2-3 times no movement. I had to leave without the food or the money I spent. It says it is open but no one is there. I have no idea why it still allows you to order if it really isn't open. How do I get my food or money back.

The crew is friendly and accommodating. The whole place was clean including the restroom, and the food was great! It looks like they have a new crew or new management.
The staff is mostly kind and sympathetic to the enormous wait times but the employers seem to continue doing nothing about it. I’ve toughed through the delays and am actually in line currently waiting on my 20th minute of being here after ordering and there are still two people in front of me. They’ll ask you 52 times what you ordered, almost certainly get it wrong, but the food itself isn’t bad and the people are generally nice. Good God do I have to clear my calendar before coming here, and perhaps if there was some amount of training, leadership and accountability this wouldn’t be an issue. But what do I know
The cashier had a hard time getting our order right and when our food was delivered to the table my husband's burger was missing his second hamburger patty and They only had one drink station

Service is insanely slow. I waited over 15 minutes with only 1 car ahead of me. When I got the food it was lukewarm. The fries tasted old or not fresh. The burger tasted good and I was happy with that, but the overall experience was not great.

Amazing experience at 11 40 at night. I am absolutely exuast and Justin was absolutely amazing. Had excellent custumer service was excdingly kind told me to drive safe and have a wonderful. And even had a "Dad" abase of dad jokes to cheer me and girlfriend up after a long day. I'm coming back here just for Justin. Hope he gets a well deserved raise.
