The cashier had a hard time getting our order right and when our food was delivered to the table my husband's burger was missing his second hamburger patty and They only had one drink station
Service is insanely slow. I waited over 15 minutes with only 1 car ahead of me. When I got the food it was lukewarm. The fries tasted old or not fresh. The burger tasted good and I was happy with that, but the overall experience was not great.

I have not been to this Carl's jr in a year due to bad service I received but I have been hearing around town that the new GM has made a major turn around so I had to see for my self . I walked in and the smell and cleanliness of the place was 1000 times better then when I last was in the store I was greeted and welcomed for coming in by the GM Mr .Fielder he was great I see what everyone is talking about about now I will go there always as long as I get service the way he gave...read full review
