Management is beyond horrible. Then again, it is McDonald’s
My app wouldn’t pull up. We ordered our ice cream, and then the app order (happy meal) went through. When we got to the window, the cashier didn’t know how to check us in and process a drive through order. A lady came back and said, we can’t do an app order and a drive through order. Usually, McD’s would check us in and let the front know the order is coming through with the drive through order. Yes, it happens often and I know the process.

drive through try to say she was the gm for 30 years. I've been going here for the last 15 you aren't the gm. Pretty sure this location has not had the same gm for 30 years. every time they are out of hollandaise sauce, they swear they've never had it before. come on now don't talk to me like it's my first here. poor service. food always has something wrong. at least one item has to be remade every time.
