My latest visit was actually really good. I am usually prepared to be ignored while in the lobby but the drive thru guy saved the day. He was so polite and attentive and I can't tell you how much of a difference that makes. I know fast-food restaurants put the drive thru as top priority but I want to remind them that they have a lobby for a reason and setting everything up to not have to have a front counter employee is really a slap in the face to the customers that don't want...read full review
The service from the gentleman behind the counter was exceptional. I wish I would have asked for his name, all I know is he has a son in Chicago. Thank you for your kindness!

Taco Bell, a popular fast-food restaurant, has received mixed reviews from its customers. The food was made properly and the staff was really nice. While the app is confusing, the restaurant is willing to work with customers to ensure their satisfaction. The drive thru is a little tight for big size trucks and the entrance is hard to get to. But great food, fresh and with excellent service.
