I really enjoy the enchiladas at Peppers. The chile is pleasantly spicy and you can order guacamole and sour cream in the side. They also offer a side salad instead if chips if you are trying to watch calories.
We had lunch there recently. The food was good. The services was good but the food came very slowly as they were training new cooks. That is understandable but the restuarant is in desparate need of remodeling. Very dark and our table had a film on it I could scrap off with my fingernails. It is a divided layout so they could do one side at a time and remain open. I'll wait for the cooks to be trained, some skylights installed and a facelift before we go back.

Newly remodeled, it looks terrific. Seven of us had Sunday lunch, and while it wasn't packed, the staff was staying busy. However, the service was excellent, and the food was very good. We will be back!
