Waffles in Alamogordo, NM

“My favorite breakfast stop in the mornings, although lunches aren't bad either. All the cooking & clean-up staff are very hard working, the service staff (waitresses) are kind, attentive and doubly hard working. Food is plentiful and very good, especially anything that includes the green sauce. I typically go there by myself and most times there is a bar stool immediately available. When I do go with others, there is normally a wait time involved because the restaurant is almost always very, very busy. I enjoy watching the orchestra played out between the waitresses and the cooks. What's even more amazing, is that I've never received an order that was wrong and my coffee cup is always kept full.
