Today is Memorial Day and the staff was shorthanded. They had multiple people call in. With a crew of a cook, a bartender, and a waitress, they busted their butts and did everything that they possibly could to make sure that everybody was taken care of in a timely manner, some were not so patient, others understood. I had the Cobb Salad with chicken and it was a huge serving!😀 The chicken (hot) was put on top of the shredded cheese which made a bit of a mess and required some sorting out of the melted cheese and chicken. Also, the hot chicken sort of wilted some of the lettuce. Otherwise it was packed with goodies and overall good flavor.
