Only reason for 2 stars is because the server was super nice! The food, for some reason, came out lukewarm which we didn't understand because they only had maybe 10 people at the bar and no one had food (which now we know why) We ordered the alien burger with sweet potato fries and the philly with curly fries and nothing was hot. Nothing was raw but not hot either, it was very odd. We did not even finish and will not go back.

If I could give Alien Brewpub zero stars, I would. My recent experience was hands down one of the worst I’ve ever had at a bar. It all started when I ordered a drink that was absolutely disgusting—so bad that I couldn’t even finish it. When I politely mentioned this to the manager, instead of handling it with any kind of professionalism, she became rude, condescending, and defensive. She even had the nerve to argue with me about the quality of the drink, as if I didn’t know what a decent cocktail should taste like!
It gets worse. I asked for the owner’s contact information to file a complaint, and she outright refused to provide it. Seriously? Is that how you handle dissatisfied customers? I had to walk out and go to a different bar down the street, where not only did the service and drinks blow Alien Brewpub out of the water, but the staff there even confirmed that *Alien Brewpub’s drinks and service are known to be garbage.*
If you’re looking for good drinks and decent service, avoid this place like the plague. It’s a joke, and the management clearly doesn’t care about their customers.

First time here. I've been working across the street for a year and this was my first time coming in. The atmosphere was great, the vibe from both waitress and bartender was lovely and the food was beyond delicious. I got their award winning Alien Burger along with a margarita. Fair prices. A few other places got you beat there haha but I'd rather pay more for better quality. Will be back!

This is one of my must stop spots when I’m in ABQ. I recommend the alien burger and getting a flight, crop circle is my favorite beer :) great sweet potato fries and the staff is super nice and willing to change the channel for you. Last time we were here my bf and I watched the food network for Halloween Wars. Absolutely perfect.

Self cooling coasters at the bar top... what more can I say?! The food was good and enjoyed the beer as well. (My personal fave was the Pecan Lager and the Desert Pilsner was also great!) Def check it out!

I sat at the bar and ordered a steak salad, hot wings, and a beer. The steak salad was pretty bad. The steak itself was seasoned well enough but cold - like just out of the fridge cold - and very tough. Iceberg lettuce, bland tomatoes, and cafeteria quality caesar dressing. I didn't finish it. The hot wings didn't have enough sauce but otherwise weren't bad aside from being only just warm. I would have asked for more sauce but I didn't see my server (the bartender) in the ten minutes it took to eat the six wings and they weren't getting any warmer. The beer was lukewarm. I had good memories of this place from years ago so I was disappointed with my experience this time.

Nice place to hang out with family and friends, food looks good on menu, I had the grande nachos, man talk about being big, I've never been to the alien brew pub but I'll definitely be back, our server was very friendly and courteous, ?

The food is good; however, the staff is extremely RUDE. The waitress, Mel, forgot to put in our food, and when we brought it to her attention she yelled at us. She also forgot to bring items we asked for. So unprofessional! Alien needs to hire more professional staff, so their customers are treated with respect. For this reason, I mostly like will not be back, and will have to find another place like it.
