Rice Box & Boba is a restaurant that offers a variety of delicious and unique dishes. The reviews highlight the fresh, fast, and filling nature of the food, with customers praising the tasty flavors and generous portions. The chicken plate and sausage plate are particularly noteworthy, with the chicken described as some of the best in the area and the sausage plate being tasty and slightly spicy. The fried chicken is also a hit, with a pleasantly unique flavor profile that is not too overpowering, making it a great option for those new to Laotian cuisine. However, the reviews also mention a frustrating experience with hidden fees and poor customer service from the manager, which has led to at least one customer deciding not to return. Overall, Rice Box & Boba seems to offer a generally positive dining experience, with delicious food and friendly staff, but with the potential for some issues with the payment system and manager.
