I’m giving it 5 stars because reading the reviews I see the owner actually cares takes time to respond and that’s a rare thing these days. If more owners did this it would be a better world. The bathroom was very clean. I was there 7pm on Sunday 1/5/25 the lady running the register seemed unenthusiastic about anything. I come to this location very often. Ruben is definitely the best staff member, and I'm so grateful for him. I also appreciate Mike. He was the maintenance man, and he was always so friendly and courteous. These are probably the two most memorable staff members of this location, and I will forever cherish their courtesy and kindness.
It's hard to believe I'm even in the same TA that I was in two years ago! Two years ago I slept with one eye opened and listened to yelling, screaming, sirens, and various other loud noises. It's a completely different place now. Not sure what security is costing TA, but it's worth every penny! Major improvement! No tweekers stealing chrome, or popping locks on trailers. Only thing missing is a improved dog park. I seen at least 15 dogs use this area in the southwest corner...read full review
