My debit card got several unauthorized charges right after I got lunch today and this was the only place my card was out of my hand... no way to know so I won't give a bad review. As much as I hate the keypads they stick out the window, at least your card stays in your hand that way...

I arrived in my car, the store was open and I saw the girl passing by and she didn't come out. What a bad service, I really don't recommend coming here.
Food was what made me give a low star review. I got the 2 for $6.99 crispy fish and beef and cheddar. My complaint is the crispy fish. It was more like a slimy soggy fish, no crisp at all to it. I ordered because the name said crispy, so I was expecting a nice crispy sandwich, instead it was soggy gross, the breading was like mush. Very disappointing. Do better.

I had never been to this Arby’s before I used the app to make a mobile order. When I arrive to pick up my order, even though there were no customers and no line in the drive-through I sat at the drive-through window after being interrupted and told to pull around and waited for at least five minutes before somebody open the window handed me my soda And handed me a bag of food, The man said thank you and shut the window. I ordered a combo meal fish sandwich and got a free cheeseburger for ordering $10 of food. I paid for a side cup of cheese sauce with my order and requested five sauces to be put in the bag with it,, But when I got home, all that was in the bag was a small curly fries, not even halfway full of burnt french fries that were not edible. I could not chew them. I gave them to my dog. The fish sandwich was extremely sloppy and messy hard to eat I didn’t get any sauces. Did not get my cheese sauce. Didn’t get a straw for my soda. Didn’t even get a napkin. I called the store to let them know they messed up my order and when I told the girl who answered the phone what was wrong with my meal she told me to drive back up there and they would remake it. I said I don’t have time to drive back up there and she hung up on me. I had not eaten at Arby’s in a While and after this experience, I don’t see myself ever trying to eat at one again horrible service, horrible food won’t make that mistake again.
