First time impressions were not good. We took the children for an evening treat. Drive thru was good . However my husband,daughter, and my son all ordered the Bomb pop SnoCone. My husband and daughter both said it tasted really strange like Cleaner. We did see an employee using a bottle of Cleaner when we were waiting in line. So I don’t know if there was some sort of cross contamination with the Cleaning product and the Snocones. Unsure if we will return again.
I LOVE this place!! LOVE IT!! But I cannot understand why it takes so long to get an order. Tonight, there were 5 employees and there were a few customers inside and 4 cars ahead of me. The car in front of us ordered 2 items and we ordered 2 items. It took 25 minutes!! I just don’t get why it takes 5 people that long to make ice and flavoring!
