If I could leave negative stars I would, we stopped to have dinner and were seated very quickly. Then nothing… we never got menus or anyone to come over and take our order. All the waitresses were sitting at the back table rolling silverware. We had to flag someone down to ask for menus at which point they only give us one menu for the two of us. We ended up just walking out

This is one of our favorite in town and theor food is usually super good, however this last time the food was not as good as usually (they could have had an off day we understand that) but then we ended up getting food poisoning from the food we ate, my entire family was down for a couple days due to being it, as well as our friends we dined with.Definitely makes one a little leery of going here in the future despite our usual love for this place. We hope they clean things up a little so we can enjoy once again some of our favorite food.

Best Vietnamese food I've ever had!! The phó is soooo good! The portion sizes are great, the service is quick, the building is clean, and the atmosphere is very nice. Definitely recommend!
Ate there for lunch on a Sunday and very disappointed in this establishment. We were left unattended. No one came by to refill our water, take plates, ask if there was anything we needed.All the employees are only kissing up to white people while us brown people were left alone. I wanted to order more food and another drink nobody came by.Why do they have a gratuity fee? There was 4 adults and 3 children.

I was very disappointed with this restaurant. The food was just okay. The service is what I didn't like. Took a long time to have anyone come greet us. I had to wave someone down to order, ask for things etc. Even though they had several employees. If they weren't waiting on tables and waiting for food to come out or to go orders, they were laughing and friendly with each other and other staff. Versus checking on tables. They were very cold to customers but seemed to have a great time with each other. If you want to be treated like a cattle call then you might like this place. i still haven't found any place better then Viet Taste for Vietnamese. Won't be going back here
This place used to be reliable, but I don't know what's happened to it now. We visited today for the first time in years, and it was a disappointment. The staff seemed most focused on getting people in and out. Once our food was out, the only other interaction we had with anyone was someone dropping off the bill—no check-ins to make sure things were okay or whether we needed anything. Our pho broth was bland, and the amount of food in the broth (and, e.g., the basil brought out alongside the pho) was underwhelming. Nearby, I'd say you're better served by Pho Linh, Huong Thao, or Viet Taste. Sorry to say I won't be choosing to return to Basil Leaf.

I love the food! But the service is rude. We have been treated awful by the staff several times. I took my friend here last week and one of the staff members kept kicking my jacket multiple times as she walked by. Customers walked behind me none kicked my jacket. I was disappointed.

Very pleasantly surprised by this place. Felt like it was authentic Vietnamese food all throughout. Prices are extremely reasonable and portions are really good. I loved the ambiance and decor of the restaurant as well. Restaurant felt warm and inviting. Service was quick and attentive even with the insane level of busyness the staff was juggling with customers and to go orders. Check out the Ban Mihs. I had the Teriyaki chicken skewers and they were fantastic.
