My 4-year old daughter dropped her cone in the middle of the store and the employees, Jessie and Andrew, gave her another one on the house. Such great service! Thank you!

Worst experience. Three employees all hanging out in the back. I placed my order and as he started working on it started telling the others they needed to do certain tasks and the guy obviously forgot about my shake in the blender because I saw him wandering around looking lost and I made eye contact with him and he remembered. Handed me my shake and it was more milk than shake.

$16.58 for a double scoop cup and a single scoop cup sundae is crazy. My pralines and cream single scoop sundae was so small I ate it while i was driving before I was home 5 minutes away. The young man with long blonde hair leans in the ice cream case while scooping the ice cream out. He needs to be wearing a hair net. It's very disappointing for our 1st time here.

One star because there wasn’t one less than that. Staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming. What a dive!

We went in on 4/12. As we walked in, the girl behind the counter was blowing her nose. I asked if she was going to put gloves on and she just looked at me. I told her i saw her blow her nose and not wash her hands. She walked to the back and ran her fingers quickly under water. Another girl came out and asked if we wanted anything else. ( Both very unfriendly) waited for my husbands shake. We sat inside. The 1st girl left. Several customers came in. The original girl walked back in with 2 young guys. Went behind the counter, again Did not wash her hands and served them and did not charge them and just walked back out and left. A 3rd girl came out from the back, looked like she had been sleeping, and started helping at the counter. This place is very dirty and has horrible customer service I wanted to email a manager but there is no contact information.

The place looked dirty from the outside. When we went in, there was a hair in the ice cream area. The girls serving the ice cream weren’t wearing hairnets or gloves.

Placed an order online through their app. When I went to pick it up my cappuccino blast not only was it leaking everywhere but didn’t have the whipped cream and the topping that usually goes along with a Mocha Cappuccino Blast. My husband’s ice cream was mixed with mint ice cream which he didn’t order. To me everything was made poorly and lazily. They weren’t busy at all but they sure had explicit music playing in front of children coming in. I don’t mind employees enjoying where they work playing music but at least own your job do it right and keep it family friendly.

After not going here for several years, I was with a friend and decided to give it another try. I told him that, in the past, it was usually dirty with uncleaned tables and indifferent staff. We arrived to find dirty tables and a high school aged staff that was socializing among themselves, singing to the radio, talking on their phones. So ... no change. The ice cream was good.

They let me walk all the way up and look at the menu and I asked if I can get a large Oreo milkshake just an Oreo milkshake that’s it. Nothing else nothing more nothing crazy and right after I say that she says oh we’re closed and his son says they close at 10 o’clock and it was 9:51. I don’t think it takes nine minutes to make a damn Oreo milkshake. I mean, I could be wrong but still how you gonna leave the door open and the sign lit up if y’all closed like turn it off 10 five minutes before y’all close so customers don’t get upset or get their hopes up and don’t get a freaking Oreo shake like come on man. It was 9:51 PM I just want a damn Oreo milkshake man what McDonald’s ice cream machine is broken Whataburger they don’t have one. Got one at Denny’s. They had a deal where you get two for five got it and it was watery as hell, bro I just wanted a damn Oreo milkshake. Someone get me one please Cash app me the money and put for Oreo milkshake please My CashApp is -$iiBamBam like this is going on a third day of trying to find an Oreo milkshake after I get off of work and I’m about to crash out, man . Someone please get me an Oreo milkshake please I’m dying for a bomb Oreo milkshake please sum 1 get me one my I cash app is $iibambam

I did not get my change back for my milkshake I ordered today and I went back to get my money back and I only got 5 bucks back they lied about it

I’m surprised with the low reviews. I’ve never had any issues when I come here. The staff are friendly, wearing gloves when handling my items snd it’s clean.

What I don’t like are customers who sit facing the window with their headlights on. There’s no reason to blind those kids.

The Juan Tabo and Montgomery and the San Mateo and Comanche locations are the only ones we visit.
The managers at both locations are amazing, and we all drive clear across town to come here.

They make the best Cappuccino Blasts. We highly recommend the Turtle Cappuccino Blast (made with Pralines and Cream ice cream), our favorite!
Also, try other custom flavors such as their seasonal peppermint or pumpkin. Other great options include the caramel cappuccino blast, Oreo, nutty coconut with chocolate drizzle, cold brew, world class chocolate, gold medal ribbon, and mint chocolate chip.
