I have lived in the area for four years and have never visited. I finally dropped in this week to order a sandwich. Unfortunately, they stop serving sandwiches after 5 PM. However, they were super gracious and offered me a generous sample of bread with delicious honey butter. I purchased their blue ribbon, blueberry coffee cake, which was reasonably priced as as well as delicious. It was frankly the best pastry I’ve ever had in the city. Jim, co-owner. Provided Poor Customer Service twice & Did Not Respond when it was called to his attention in an email.
And, their Bakery Schedule error, which was called to the attention of a cashier, Was Not Corrected !
3/16/26 They are a Great Tragedy Of Errors. 1. Caller ID shows the hang up call was from them. When I called them, they don't know who called & they have my order. 2. They incorrectly fill my order as they also did in Feb '26. 3. They can't give a receipt as their " system " is down.. They Do Not Offer to Text Or Email Receipt. 2025 Jim, co-owner.
